  • Ensure that all streamed content complies with our Community Guidelines.
  • Accept that we may moderate streams and remove content that violates our Terms.
  • Take responsibility for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for content you stream.

6. Chat and Communication Features

Mikorm provides chat and communication tools to help anime and cosplay enthusiasts connect. When using these features, you agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and constructively with other community members.
  • Not use our communication tools to harass, bully, or threaten others.
  • Not share personal information of others without their explicit consent.
  • Not use our chat features to promote illegal activities or services.
  • Accept that chat moderators may remove messages or temporarily suspend chat privileges if rules are violated.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Mikorm or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access, download, and print Content from the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

7.2 User Content

By submitting, posting, streaming, or transmitting User Content to the Website, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

While we do not claim ownership of your User Content, you acknowledge that Mikorm may use your username and profile image in connection with displaying your User Content on the Platform.

8. Giveaways and Promotions

Mikorm may offer giveaways, contests, and promotions (collectively, "Promotions") from time to time, such as our Crunchyroll Premium subscription giveaway. These Promotions are subject to the following terms in addition to any specific rules provided for each Promotion:

  • Eligibility requirements may vary by Promotion and will be specified in the rules of each Promotion.
  • Generally, you must be at least 13 years old to participate in Promotions.
  • We reserve the right to verify participant eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bleckede, Germany.

However, we reserve the right to bring proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction as we deem appropriate.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Website after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Website.
